  • When will I get my order?

Our normal processing time is 5 to 7 business days, which excludes weekends and holidays.

Once orders enter the USPS system, we can not be held responsible for any delayed, lost or damaged orders. Please work with USPS with any of these issues.

  • When will I get my monthly subscription?

Subscription kits are shipped the last week of the month.

As with regular shop orders, once sub kits enter the USPS system, we can not be held responsible for any delayed, lost or damaged orders. Please work with USPS with any of these issues.

  • Do you do custom requests?

So sorry but we are not accepting custom orders at this time.

  • Do you have any discount codes?

We have a number of ways you can get discounts or freebies:

    • Every First Friday of the month we post a free download on our Freebies page
    • We have a rewards program in our shop where you earn points for every dollar you spend, which unlock various levels of discounts.
    • We send our email list subscribers exclusive VIP discount codes each month.
    • Each month we choose a winner from our Facebook group to win our monthly destash--items to include new stuff, slightly used stuff and oops items, all still totally cute and usable! All you have to do is join the group and share posts of how you use TPS products :)
  • Do you donate to swag bags?
