When will I get my order?

Our normal processing time is 5 to 7 business days, which excludes weekends and holidays.

Once orders enter the USPS system, we can not be held responsible for any delayed, lost or damaged orders. Please work with USPS with any of these issues.

When will I get my monthly subscription?

Subscription kits are shipped the last week of the month, sometimes up to the 30th/31st. 

And as with regular shop orders, once sub kits enter the USPS system, we can not be held responsible for any delayed, lost or damaged orders. Please work with USPS with any of these issues.

Do you do custom requests?

So sorry but we are not accepting custom orders at this time.
